The custom design process begins with a free consultation to discuss your design ideas, budget and timeline. We clarify what you can expect from start to finish.

Pricing for Custom Orders
Price varies for custom work and heirloom redesign. Primarily, it depends on the materials used and the complexity of the design. We strive to be competitive and will work with you on budgeting during our initial consultation. The minimum cost for custom work and heirloom redesign typically starts at $500 for design projects with minimal complexity.
When redesigns and adjustments on made to order pieces require minor changes, there is no minimum price.
Payment Policy
There is a bespoke design fee for custom pieces that is due as a non-refundable deposit to start the project after our initial consultation. This fee is due after the preliminary design and quote is provided for review. Please note that you will be charged an additional fee of $150 for each additional consultation that will be added to your final balance.
The final balance is due once the piece is complete prior to shipping or pick-up at our studio.
Timeline
Full custom project
Entirely custom work is built from the ground up: design, sourcing, and fabrication each take time. On average, these projects take between 4 and 6 weeks to complete from when we move forward after consultation.

Customizing Existing Pieces
When you are modifying or personalizing a design we already make, the scope is smaller than a full bespoke build. Customizations on existing pieces typically take between 1 and 2 weeks to complete, depending on the work involved.
